Hey fellow traders, just wanted to share my current setup.
I’ve been tracking AVAX/USDT pretty closely this week. Price just rejected the $29.50 resistance zone for the third time on the 4H chart, clear sign of exhaustion. I entered a short position at $29.30, targeting the $26.80 support area.
Here's what some of my setup is, hope this helps!
🔹 Trade Setup:
Position: Short
Entry: $29.30
Target: $26.80
Stop Loss: $30.20 (just above the recent wick)
Leverage: 10x
Margin Mode: Isolated
Risk/Reward: ~1:2.5
🧠 Reasoning:
Triple top forming on the 4H
Bearish divergence on RSI
Funding rate has turned slightly positive — good for shorting
BTC dominance rising, altcoins under pressure
🛡️ Risk Management:
Kept my margin small, around 3% of my total capital. If AVAX pushes through $30, I’ll accept the loss and wait for a clearer re-entry.
